Delete your data

Last updated 27 July 2026 · Applies to the ate Android app and this website

You can remove one dish, your whole collection, or your account and every trace of it. Nothing is hidden behind a support ticket you cannot find.

Delete a single memory or dish

The photo and its sticker are removed from private storage at the same time. This cannot be undone.

Delete your whole account

From inside the app, which is the fastest route:

Or by email

If you have lost access to the app or the device, write to nokolabs.dev@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.

We will only act on a request sent from the email address on the account. That is what stops someone else deleting your collection.

What is not deleted

Get a copy before you go

If you would like an export of your collection first, email nokolabs.dev@gmail.com and ask before you delete. We will send a machine-readable file of your memories along with your photos. Once the account is gone we cannot recover any of it.

Removing the Google connection

Deleting your ate account does not revoke ate’s access to your Google profile automatically. To do that, visit Google Account → Third-party apps and remove ate.
